Joe Krachala

Joe is a leader in Learning and Development at Hansra Consulting and Advisory Services. His focus is on developing person-centered, high quality, and engaging learning experiences for all of our participants. Joe has extensive knowledge and expertise in supporting individuals and teams in becoming more self aware and better colleagues to one another as a Wiley Everything DiSC Certified Trainer. In addition, Joe comes to us from the education sector, and holds deep knowledge and expertise in the areas of Teaching and Learning and Social and Emotional Learning. In fact, he supported HCAS in authoring a book to support equitable learning environments for young people called, PLAY, LEARN, GROW: 40 Activities Aligned to SEL. With his past leadership roles in management, operations, and quality control in a variety of industries, Joe brings tremendous experience to HCAS, supporting us to help change workplace cultures for the better.
