Colette Thélémaque-Collier, Ph.D.

Dr. Thélémaque-Collier leads the Professional Learning and Curriculum Design at Hansra Consulting and Advisory Services. She is chiefly concerned with providing a process and creating an environment for individuals engaging in the Conscious Ambassador and Conscious Culture Framework processes to think deeply about how to construct cultures that promote agency, access, and positive identities. She brings vast experience in building communities of practice, professional development, youth development, and improving workplace culture in not-for-profit organizations, education, and community organizations. Guided by cultural humility and Trauma Informed Care, Dr. Thélémaque-Collier supports individuals and organizations transitioning from traditional approaches to their work to more transformative, socially-just systems, structures and outcomes. Previous appointments include Vice President of School Age and Teen Programming at the YMCA of Metro Chicago, Assistant Director of College Readiness, a grant-based program at Northeastern Illinois University, and an adjunct professor at DePaul University in the College of Education.
